The Lodhi gardens is located just between the incredible Safdarjung Tomb and the Khan Market. Just make sure you don't leave any rubbish as the park was pristine when we visited! The gardens are also nearby to Khan Market (see later on) which has plenty of upmarket food options.

It was originally conceptualized as a public park by Lady Willingdon in 1936, when she was the wife Lodhi Garden of then Viceroy of India. His son constructed it, and this is an octagonal structure with beautiful arches, domes, and intricate designs.
